Managing remote and distributed teams: Aakash Gupta

Aakash Gupta is the Founder and CEO of Sorry, I Was on Mute, a blog dedicated to managing remote and distributed teams.

Aakash built the blog in the early stages of the pandemic when remote work was forced upon the world, and has grown it substantially over the last two and a half years.

Aakash tells us about some of the ways in which managing a remote team differs from managing a regular team, what tech he uses, and explains the current trends in remote work.
